After all the hardwork, the time spent, the sleepless nights, and all, finally we did TP proud!Time: 9:51 AM
CONGRATULATIONS TO YUANJIE & KENNETH!!!!!
Finally we did it! Yesterday at Microsoft competition, for both Word and Excel category, Yuan Jie made history as a legend because he clinched the CHAMPION for Word and Excel. I clinched the 3rd for Word. Well, lost to that NP guy by a few seconds, but well done!
It's really hardwork, blood and sweat all in. Not only did we do TP proud for Nationals, we did DPA proud by our skills! Thanks everyone for your support & encouragements!

About me
What is Direct Polytechnic Admission?
1. The Direct Polytechnic Admissions (DPA) Exercise is an admission exercise which allows students who have the passion and aptitude for applied learning to secure a place in a polytechnic course before you sit for your ‘O’ Level examinations.
2. It’s an avenue for students whose passion and talent in a specific field are not fully reflected in their examination results.
Why DPA?
It gives us greater flexibility to select you based on a wider range of your talents other than your examination results. You get to enjoy special preparatory programmes which let you chalk up poly credits counting towards your graduation before your friends even enrol!

“Initially, I wondered why my other secondary school friends were playing while I was studying and starting my poly life so soon. Over time, I have learnt many things from DPA. My Cross Disciplinary Subjects: Japanese Language and Psychology of Creativity, are subjects that I don’t find in my secondary school. I also learnt to be a leader when we were camping together. It's more than studies in Polytechnic Preparatory Programme (PPP). It's all about fun, learning, interaction and friendship. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

“I personally feel that DPA is very enriching as we are given a broader view and better insights about the courses offered in the Business school. Also,we are lucky to be able to try out some CCAs.
